    You should be patient as they're pretty full sometimes and the replies can sometimes look like they're late, but they'll fix the issue once they get to your ticket.

    Hi Mike,

    If i am not wrong than you didn't cancel the refeture option after buy feature service so they deduct amount 03 times otherwise its not possible.
