I got a job for 280 euro in PeoplePerHour. When the money appear on my pph wallet it was 239.26 euro and then you keep 4.46euro to transfer it to my paypal which paypal is free in the end of the day and I used to pay only 0.50 cent service, now is raised dramaticaly. Anyway. On your website you write that for the first 210euro of the month 15% fee will be deducted and after that 3.5% for the rest of the month. But on my case you kept 40.74 euro witch is a little bit less than 15%. So how exactly you calculated that price? it shouldnt be 15% for 210euro and the rest 70euro 3.5%???? Is outrageous the amount you take but the point is on the  way I am saying I should have about 5euro extra on my PPH wallet. But apparently you took 15% from my whole amount.

  It's 15%+VAT (18%) and 3.5%+VAT (4.2%)

  .. so your fees are 37.8+2.94 = 40.74

  Fees on People Per Hour are very high. I will probably move away from using PPH. I pay a fee for each job and then a very high fee to have the money put into my SA bank account. Too much PPH!

  So do we all, Claire. PPH seems to have abandoned these forums.

  Every now and again there's a spurt of responses, which are 90% "Email support@peopleperhour.com". It's a really poor situation.
