Non Payment from Seller

I have sent an invoice to the seller of the job i was working on. And after 14 days he has still not paid the invoice. I have contacted him and he says he'll do it, but how do i know that i will actually get paid. Surely i'm entitled to my money now after 14 days. I've done plenty of work on here and this is the 1st time i've had a non-payer.

Is he legally obliged to pay me or can the guys at PPH allowed to pursue his account and ask why he's not paying?

Even if i just get my Escrow money that would be something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Hello Paul,

   

  I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with this client. As per PPH Terms and Conditions, the invoice will automatically be paid after 15 days from when the invoice was raised and 7 days for hourlies. You should see that process tomorrow (15th Day). We also send constant email reminder to the buyer to respond to the raised invoice. Hope this helped.

  Oh thats lovely thanks for your help. Hopefully i'll get something tomorrow then. If i don't maybe i'll contact them 1 last time.
