I deposited  some money in an escrow account for a job that I interrupted because of lack of experience, I want now to use it for a new job.

where do I see that money in my account and how to use it for next job?

  You cannot use money in an escrow account. As a buyer, you'd need to request a refund from the seller.

  Whether it's reasonable to expect to get that money back if you stopped the job, is another matter.
