Pausing a bought hourlie
I can't see this suggestion elsewhere on this forum, so thought I'd post it - it relates to the problem of hourlies being delivered late through no fault of the seller - for example, if the buyer fails to provide necessary information or there's a mutually agreed delay of some kind after the hourlie has been bought. Currently, cancelling the hourlie results in a one star review, and delivering late damages CERT ratings.
How about a function allowing buyers or sellers to pause a bought hourlie, which would stop the clock on the advertised duration until it was un-paused? The crucial thing would be that both parties would need to agree to the pause for it to take effect - so if a seller pauses the hourlie, the buyer would get a message along the lines of "Do you agree to pause this hourlie?" Either party could un-pause the hourly at any time, and the clock would start running on delivery again.
