Make file downloads fool-proof
Currently, I am unable to download files from a workstream. Each time I try to do so, I am presented with a Cloudfront error screen in xml saying "access denied."
I contacted support and was first told this was a problem with the way the seller attached the files. However, I'm assuming they used your system to do so and so I'm not sure how the problem was created.
I asked the seller to try again, but the same cloudfront error was produced.
Next, I contacted a chat support agent who reported that the filenames should only have letters and numbers in them. The file I am trying to download has a filename of: hospital_keepers%20-%20Hospitals%20-%20500%20per.xlsx
I will ask the seller to post the file yet again, however, if this is truly the problem, I shall suggest that your software developers do something to avoid the issue. This could be as simple as replacing anything that isn't a good character ( [A-Za-z0-9]) in the filenames.
The customer support issue I opened has an ID of #390744.
Thanks.

It's still playing up yet. Needs fixing or at least a message to let sellers know the system's kinda dumb and we need you to name your files like this
ProjectTitleName
and not
Project-Title [Revised-Copy]
Strip out characters and it works but it'd better if PPH would just make it work regardless what system we use for organising files.
