Close job as soon as buyer awarded the job

There are so many jobs which shows open for proposals but they have been awarded because of this many freelancers waste their proposal credit.

So PPH should close the job as soon as its awarded to someone,If buyer want to hire more than one the job should show how many vacancies are there.

  I eventually found a button to mark the project as awarded, but it was very difficult to find.  When I award the project, I was a asked whether I wanted to mark it awarded and did so, however it remained open for proposals.
