More User-Friendly Dashboard - At a glance info

The Dashboard has too little information provided. I would suggest a "at a glance" dashboard with all useful information of activity displayed in one page.
I would suggest in the current Dashboard to get rid of the suggested hourlies, most of the time they have no relevance with what I am after and include instead:
Info of the current work with freelancers I am on (or freelancers with client); easy / quick access to the stream, highlight when a message is unread (pictos are better than bold fonts that we cannot see on smaller screen devices)
my past work info summary (access to stream, invoice, payment dates & amount)
A chart / graph with my pay out & paid in per month with history to check balance + easy access settings (currency, payments settings...)
Quick access to starred ONLY hourlies / People & Jobs (no mix with other hourlies) + easy search of the starred ones ONLY
Possibility to create folders to classify my best (or past) freelancers profiles to find them easily when I need them (or past clients for freelancers to check new job posted)
Possibility to classify all my invoices in one folder with name of Freelance + their photo + Link to the work streams + link to the Freelance Info page + download of PDF
Possibility to convert a stream into a PDF file to keep record
Hourlie suggestions search box, NOT mixed with the starred ones
FAQ link should be here + video tour + T&Cs + Profile settings
There are too many ways to find information. It makes it terribly difficult to check information we need in short time. I sometimes give up and swap to another freelancer website.
Please make it simple to check. Easy to get all activity in ONE page. Graph and pics to have a quick glance at the money and pay in / out activity.
I am sure you can design us useful and graphically friendly interfaces.

Even if i payed for my month subscription a sunpented account message appears to my dashboard. I have payed my month subscription in 28 january and yesterday 7/2/2015 my account suspended and im loosing time and money. what if a customer wanted to respond me during these days? i payed for 1 month and it lasted 10 days? i ve uploaded the message that appears and e-mail that sais what date it is and how many time i have till ends. This is not something nthat can be left for long. i lose money because of this/ fix it
