I would also like to know that.

It depends on the amount the person has been paid for it, and the time he completed them within. I've seen such a case (probably the same you mention), and those two projects had a really good budget while the time he had delivered them was far less than 30 days.

I am really curious about this too... The 2015 change in CERT's algorithm is really bad... How can anyone be CERT 3 having completed 1 or 2 jobs for less than £10??? Last year it took me several months (and more than 15 jobs) to get to that same position!!!

I am really considering changing to another platform, this change has really busted the CERT system, it doesn't mean anything anymore!!!

I've just found a seller who has TOP CERT and has completed 2 jobs, has 1 feedback rating, and several very suspicious endorsements!!!
    Absolutely ridiculous rating system!

The CERT system now means absolutely nothing! It's a complete and utter farce that completely deceives potential buyers. Numerous times I have come across sellers who have completed just 1 or 2 jobs, have little feedback, suspicious endorsements yet are Cert 3. In fact, just a few minutes ago I came across a seller with 1 job awarded at £10 an hour, no feedback, 3 endorsements and was a Cert 3! How on Earth they got to Cert 3 I have no idea.

It's a bit of a joke - I've been flirting with the frilly pink underskirts of Top Cert for a few months now, with quite a few jobs under my belt (all of them repeat business now, which is very nice!), and a respectable uptick in income. Yet I appear to be overtaken by the 'get family and friends to endorse me' brigade.

Can someone remind me again why I bother?

    *revives an elderly thread again*

I've just seen a profile, bidding on what I suspect to be a fake job, where the person is CERT3 and has no activity as a buyer or seller, and one massively suspicious endorsement.

Good stuff. Nice to see the rankings are working as they should. Er...
