Payment Error

I have been trying to add money to my pph wallet, but it keeps saying that there is an error. I had called my credit card company and I have the available funds and there are no restrictions on the account. Also, they say that they don't see the transaction trying to go thru on their end.
I tried with different cards with the same results.

  I tried using Visa, Mastercard and Pay Pal and it didn't work.
