The person who is supposed to be doing my job is useless! He has re done all the work that I paid someone else do and not done the actual work I asked for and I know realise is incapable of doing it!

I feel bad because he has spent time doing work even though it is all wrong! I would like to pay him a portion of the fee rather then just request a full redund, how do I do that?

  Negotiate with the seller and come to an agreement over what will be paid.
