I am having the same problem. I created many hourlies by puting a lot of effort but after review all were rejected saying poor quality imaes and recommend me to purchase from PPH. This is not fair. If PPH awants to compete then they should adopt soome professional approach. Buyers will need service of top notch qualit not hourlie image they want to buy. Please PPH suppor team do about something about this issue.

The main fact is using a high quality image that is related to your hourly will definitely work, Work for me always. The image should not contain too many text, it should be simple and understandable and of course the quality of the image must be high. Because Your image will tell all the story :)

Snap - I really can't identify what's wrong with the images I keep submitting, I can see a LOT worse in the searches. Any help to identify what's wrong with mine would be most welcomed!

If you have a certificate in any of your current images or in your new image, these need to be removed. Had the same issue. Now all fixed.
