Withdrawing funds in local currencies

I'm from Egypt, and I remember reading somewhere on the site that there was a new option to withdraw funds directly from PPH into my bank account in my local currency to decrease both the cost and the time.
I can't seem to find this option anywhere.
Is this option available?
