15 credits for proposals per month

Dear Sir/Madam,

I understand that every seller has 15 free proposal credits per month. May I ask how do you calculate the month, from which date to which date? If you can be specific, when is the start and end dates for my account?

    Every month on 1 you will receive the free 15 credits. Does not matter when you registered. Good luck :)

    You will only see 15 free credits, not more. If you have unused free credits at the end of the month, they are simply deleted. Free Proposal credits do not rollover to the next month.

    You can buy extra credits - this paid credits will rollover to next months.

    a little confused with this credits system. I just paid for another £19.95 credits and now you tell me I have to pay a further 29.95 for the service. What is the point of these credits?  Not clear.
