Wrong rating, can it be changed?

A buyer gave me 4 stars instead of the 5 she meant to give me and its has dropped my approval rating from 100% to 98% - she wants to change it but I cant see any way to do it, any advice?

  Tell your client to contact support via email at support@peopleperhour.com and explain it to them. This is the only way to change it.
