I need receipts for work I've paid for.
AnsweredI can get to the Payments section - fine. But where specifically do I find receipts? I can't reconcile this otherwise.

Paul think that I am using your service for work and I have to match each single transaction to the exact amount in a receipt format! if you cannot provide this your service is of no use to many people.
I can see my invoices from people i have bought services from but not your companies transactions and charges in a receipt printable format which I could use to claim!
it isnt rocket science

Harry think that this is not my service. I don't belong to PPH as a company, I am a user of the PPH system for seven years.
If you look at the transactions you will find entries for the various charges. Entries for PPH fees are clickable and will show a PDF invoice for the charge together with note that it has been paid from your PPH account balance.
I haven't acted as a buyer, but I imagine the same is true for seller invoices.
I suggest you don't waste your time posting here about the issue, nobody from PPH reads or responds to posts here. Contact support.
Good luck. -
There are plenty of places in the PPH software where it works very poorly. I have given up trying to feed back to PPH about their system.
PPH abandoned these forums because they got so much negative feedback.
I agree support can be very poor and because there is no telephone option, they can just ignore what they don't wish to respond to. -
Harry and Paul roundly answered this question. Thx guys. I use PPH intermittently and end up back on this thread everytime I do as I have to Google how to find a receipt in their system. To concatenate what they've said above for any new folks seeing this:
1. Black PPH icon in upper right of screen
2. "Payments"
3. Transactions
4. Look for the transaction that says "Funds added to your PPH User Account". This will be a total of the buyer fees and the freelancer charges. Hover over the first word (in this case "Funds"). Its a hotlink. The PDF that opens even says "Receipt" right on the top! It's exactly what everyone's accounting folks will need. It's annoyingly subtle to find but don't complain lest they hide it somewhere else now that you have it figured out :)
