Invoice not yet paid and no communication with buyer

I have completed a job (581869 MS Access GUI Facelift & Report Writing), but have had no communication for a few months.

I submitted an invoice over a month ago but it has not yet been paid.

  Hi James,

  Write an email to the support (support@peopleperhour.com) and they will handle it. If not the full value of the invoice, they can pay you at least the funds that are in escrow.
