hello,

why I can't access money for a job I already done? My client paid on 19 Aug 2015 but the invoice is still pending. It is very uncomfortable situation and put me out of this service! Please let me know if I have't done any mistakes and when I can access my money?

  It takes 3 to 4 working days to process. If you've processed it from your PPH wallet to your bank, it should go through?

  Hi. I completed the job and later the payment was made by the client. However, PPH rejected the invoice stating the files were not shared. I sent the relevant files for the document and later, raised a new invoice. hwoever, it is still pending.
