Unable to upload images to Offer

I am trying to upload some new examples to my Offer here https://www.peopleperhour.com/hourlie/design-a-professional-stationery-package-with-revisions/89117

The images I am trying to upload are below the maximum size. The upload dialogue remains at 0%. 

Please advise.
