pph fees must be equal for all sellers before or after may 13 2015... or it's called demotivation.

having 15 % fees for the first 560 usd per month vs 280 usd for others is some kind of demotivation. it's like entering a store where all people having the same cash in their pockets and telling them you will pay different prices for the same exact item ! ,
making the fees equal for all sellers is something that must be done for a freelancing community built on equality and offering equal chances.

  Hi Houssam,
  For the first 175 pounds freelancer are charged 15%. Then, over the 175 pounds the charge is 3,5%.
