PPH is not taking applications seriously.

I have endorsed one of my clients, but I don't think PPH is taking freelancers seriously. I have been trying to contact them about my application for around 2 years, but they haven't been responsive. Every time I contact them, they just send the same message about a high volume of freelancers and don't even review my profile. I want a clear answer. For 2 years, I've received the same response about a high volume of freelancers. Is there an issue with the team that is preventing them from reviewing and rejecting freelancers without any explanation?
