Hi dear PPH team,
i have a problem. I withdrew some money from my PPH account to my bank account and i'm waiting two weeks, but the money does not appear neither here, nor on there. What can i do?

  Go to 'Payments' and check 'Transactions'. It will reflect all the transaction history.
