My buyer can't paid me yet

Last 29th dec 2015 i complete the work of a buyer(Rogers.M) and also invoice him last 29th dec 2015.But he can't paid me yet.Can i help from the PPH?Please help me as soon as possible.

  Hi!
  In case your buyer escapes from payment of ignores you but you have a full amound in escrow, the only way is to wait 15+7 days to autopayment by pph.com (job posted) or 7 days (hourlie sold).
  If your buyer unable to accept an invoice but told you (after you raised an invoice) that he wants to pay but accept buttond doesnt work, you should contact pph.com support team and they can put a request to Payment Team to fix that technical failure
