Charged fees I should not have paid.
The seller advertised a job , then after i had paid stated that it would cost me more to complete the job.
I asked him to cancel it but he would not so i asked for a refund & I have been charged for it, I know its in the T & C that if I cancel the job I will pay 10% but when he says he cannot do it & will not cancel it so I have to I do not see why I should loose almost $6 when nothing has been done & it is not my fault

This is a common complaint and I believe PPH needs to do something about this. Not sure why they introduced this idea, because no-one really agrees with it.
I have waited weeks for people to do a job, they have failed to deliver, wasted my time, made me miss deadlines etc. Then, all I have to show is a refund fee! Kind of messed up
