payments are still in pending
Dear Support Team,
I wanted to inquire about payments. I assume, payments are in pending as I have not provided my identification. I see, I have just submitted my passport copy (png) format.
Please let me if anything else I need to provide

They probably won't release the funds until you upload personal identity documents - which I'm refusing to do after they lied about being registered with the ICO and have a "Care of" address registered with companies house. I've no idea who is getting hold of documents that could be sold for identify theft and other fraud. If they wanted identification docs they should ask for them before the account is approved to buy/sell and not once they think they can force you into it by holding onto YOUR money unreasonably!

I have asked support a question about correctly adding identification documents. What response did I get? They closed the ticket with no reply. What did I do then? Opened a follow up requesting information again, they closed it again with no response. I have now re-opened the ticket 5 times and 5 times they have closed it 5 times. Unacceptable.
