Better Filtering For Hourlies

Please, please add some more powerful filtering to the Hourlies list.
- Ability to filter by one or multiple countries (ex: US, UK, and Canada).
- Limit results to a price range.

All standard stuff. The lists are too long and the search matches too vague.
