Withdrawal of payment pending since 20 days

Hello Support,

It’s has been more than 20 days now I have processed withdrawal of GBP 800 to my bank and it is still pending. Please tell me what is the issue.

I have submitted number of request on website but didn’t get any revert from your side.

My PPH id is ashutosh@adibackoffice.com

Kindly revert me back asap.
