It's been 7 days since I withdrew from PPH and still the money has not come to my payoneer account

I don't understand why the PPH support team is not responding to me.  I have withdrawn seven days from my PPH account but I still haven't received the money in my Payoneer account.  I opened a ticket but no response from PPH support team: my ticket number: 1222344
