I opened a ticket and it's been seven days, no response from ppH support team. I want to know what is their holiday time 7 days a week?

I don't understand why the PPH support team is not responding to me.  I have withdrawn seven days from my PPH account but I still haven't received the money in my Payoneer account.  I opened a ticket but no response from PPH support team: my ticket number: 1222344
