Pending Payoneer account status
Hello PPH Support!
None of my emails have been answered, can i talk to someone or any body provide me some feedback regarding my Complain, that is as follows:
1. I tried to Withdraw some money from my PPH Wallet to my PAYONEER Account.
2. PPH Payments Sections didn't allow me stating your APPROVAL for this ACCOUNT (PAYONEER) is pending
3. I raised this issue as complain to SUPPORT team4. Mr. JASWANT was assigned the task to look in to this matter and he asked me to Provide the Screenshot of the PAYONEER Account Settings>> Update Profile page
5. I provided this screenshot yesterday.
6. I was also asked to submit the Verification Documents (ID and UTILITY BILL) that i did and HAS BEEN APPROVED
6. till then i didn't receive any feedback from the PPH Support team and the ISSUE is still not resolved
7. I Can't Withdraw any money from my WALLET and says not APPROVED AND PENDING PAYONEER ACCOUNT
PLEASE HELP ME AND PROVIDE FEEDBACK ABOUT WHEN THIS WOULD BE RESOLVED
