Why Payoneer account approval taking Time

A buyer placed an order with me. I have completed it, but im unable to deliver it because PHP has not approved my Payoneer account. It's about 3 or 4 days, but still pending. I'm unable to understand why this procedure is taking too much time.

I'm a bit worried about my first order. It will be marked as late delivered if PHP approves the payoneer after the order delivery date.

Why Payoneer account approval taking Time

Can anybody give me suggestion on it?
