The 10% fee on disputes should be allocated to the loser of the case

It seems that since the introduction of the 10% fee for disputes, many buyers are happy for it to go to a dispute because there is zero risk to them. The seller has all the risk on them.... they do the work... they don't get paid and they have to pay to have the hassle of not being paid! It's truly ridiculous and needs to get sorted.

If one side is clearly guilty and deliberately are abusing the system or being unreasonable, then the 10% fee should be charged to them. It is not fair that the sellers are losing out big time.

  Completely agree! I have been in this situation myself and ended up being paid £16 for 16 hours work!
