Why my withdrawal request was rejected?

Hi,

I added a new PayPal account to my PPH and I sent you all the required documents that I could think of.
the reason for adding this Paypal account is to reduce the charges for me.

My question is weather you have accepted my new payment method, and if not, what documents do you need for approval of new payment method.
