Not received the money on paypal

This is my second time trying to withdraw the available money on paypal.
I start the transfer, then the money suddenly appear at the old place, and nothing mpre mmhaphappens.

  Hi Elena,

  Can you please just clarify for me if you are trying to withdraw money from PayPal to your bank account? Or are you trying to withdraw money from your PPH wallet to your PayPal account?
