Separate Deposit and Withdrawal more effectively
The Wallet idea is good, but it would be even better if some tweaks were made.
As a consumer, when I view "Available Funds" and then I see a green button, I hit it. I ignore the gray button, even though the header says "Withdraw Funds", because "gray" means "can't use" in most computer-based applications.
In the Wallet area, I'm not expecting that earned funds could possibly be mixed up with funds request to be SENT to the PPH wallet. I'm assuming that any funds showing up are earned funds that I want to be deposited into a real bank account. So, when I see "deposit funds", I assume this means "deposit into a bank", not "deposit back into PPH".
Could someone please change the (a) coloring and (b) information (i.e. nonexistent) in the Wallet area? To make it idiot-proof, could there at least be a double-check message or an "i"/"Information" button added, so that a message is sent to the person hitting the Deposit or Withdrawal button, like "Are you sure you want to transfer your existing PPH funds back into your PPH account, via your bank? Are you sure??!" Either that, or add some code to tell stupid consumers, "I'm sorry, you can't add PPH funds back into your PPH account", etc.
That would have been helpful to me a few days ago. Now I'm trying to get funds re-routed around the world, when all I wanted was to get my own earned funds into my bank account, or PayPal.
