Loyalty scheme

Can I suggest a loyalty scheme?
If I have lots of paid jobs you receive lots of lovely commission (I am aware that over a certain level of income generates a lesser %).
It would be great IF I earned up to a second level, I received some free proposal credits? Just a thought :)
