where is my refund?

An Hourlie I bought, the seller couldn't 100% fulfil, so she refunded the payment. I received an message from PPH I have been refunded £20, with a deduction of £2. (which is unfair). However I went to the payment tab, under my profile tab and can not find the refund anywhere. I also checked on my PayPal and it's not in there either. Please can someone tell me where this money is so I can buy further Hourlies. Thank you.

  Hi Upesh,

  Can you please check the workstream with the seller and see if the refund is still set to 'Pending'? Although you received an email from PPH, it may still be pending before it clears. If it is not pending, have you checked your PPH Wallet?
