Confirmation re Buyer's Job Request

Buyer has stated fixed price of x amount and has paid funds/deposit into escrow. However, they have since advised that initially they will pay y amount weekly, which is x divided by 4 (weeks). Do they have to amend the workstream to show y?

  Hi Cecile,

  Many thanks for your message. As long as the buyer clearly states within the workstream that the total amount is X, however, they will pay Y per week for 4 weeks, equaling the total amount of X, that would be fine.

  So for example,

  Total amount is £80.
  I will pay £20 per week for 4 weeks.
  £20 x 4 = total amount of £80.
