Instead of accepting on a seller's bid/proposal, can I as the buyer create a proposal amount to a specific freelancer? I would like to have a bonus structured into the proposal, is this possible?

  Hi Carter,

  Many thanks for the question. The way in which you would do this is by sending the freelancer a message and explain the bonus you would like to structure into their proposal and ask for their feedback on your suggestions. If they accept, they would be able to cancel their proposal and send you a new one which will include your suggestions.
