Suggestion for a not so present buyer

Hi you all.
I am writing to have a suggestion, because I really I don't know how to behave.

A professional asked me cad drawings for a project.
He explained me what to do, and I did it in time.
Despite this he said that he needed too much time to explain me the next steps to do. So he paid me, but I think I didn't finish the work as he needed. Even if it was not my fault and it was a problem of his organization and time. So he was very correct.

Later he proposed me another cad work.

The agreement was based on drawings, not designing or researches. And the proposal was very cheap for this reason (20 €).
The agreement (discussed via Skype) was that he had to sketch the details I needed. And I have should drawn on cad. Stop.

Despite this, when I drew the bases on which he had to sketch, he said (after 9 DAYS, on the 14/12/2015) that they weren't enough.
But I didn't have enough information. Indeed I asked him to draw also by hand. But he only said to add things (in a very generic way).
I really didn't (and don't) understand HOW. Despite this I tried again.

a day after his answer I sent the file again. And I sent messages to him.
18/01/2016!!!!
After more than one month he said me again that they were incomplete.
I specified again that I needed more information. Again very generic info.
Again I worked on them and again he started to disappear.

This is the last time I wrote in the workstream asking more info to continue. He visualized on 9th February and now there is completely silence.

The point is:
- I worked with a lot of users without problem and I don't want to start now.
- This proposal should have been a very small and cheap work. But now it has not very much sense. It started on 4th December, I have already worked 4 hours (for 20 €, less than 7€ per hour) and there is no anything concluded, I still don't understand what he needs and this is no a way to work with this waste of time.

- I don't want a bad feedback but I don't want to continue in case he wakes up again telling me that it is not enough.
- I would like to delete the proposal, the escrow, everything (despite I worked on this) to not have any problem or bad consequences on my profile.

What can I do? Is there no a way to delete everything with no bad consequences?
I really don't care about the money, I would like to stop our collaboration because I don't think it works for no one.
