Why is it that jobs that have been awarded still has open for proposal on them?
Why is it PPH does not communicate more frequently so that we can know when a job is closed instead of having our workstreams flooded with proposals that have already been done?

  Hi Dehan,

  Can you please clarify for me if you are a Buyer or a Seller? Are you applying for jobs that have been awarded or have you awarded a job to a seller but still receiving proposals for the job.

  This will help me best answer your question.
