  Hello, The same case is with me as well. 

  The seller doesn't respond to my refund request. I have requested for refund on 4th of October, 2016 since he crossed many no of days post the deadline set. 

  As part of your policy it says, if the seller doesn't respond, I will get refund in 3 days.

  How do i get a refund for the $125.00 paid at the outset of the project? This has not been completed even in a small way. All that has been done is to create a website with three pages, and not what was agreed on.

  How do I get the refund of my amount which I paid to open my account and application got rejected. Is there any email address or Support number to get my refund.
