    We perform standard security checks on payments. Sometimes this can be done instantly but in other cases it can take a number of days. We apologise for any inconvenience.

    Could you please check that you verified your account by providing us with all the correct copies of your ID?

    Thank you for replying Kelly but I have been working on this site for a while now and have previously received payments with no issues at all.

    It seems in this case there is a problem which I cannot seem to work out why. If you could send me a direct message and look into this for me then it would be very much appreciated.

    I have just had a look in your account and I can see somebody emailed you back with the following message:

    "Please note that we have informed our developers about the in progress error. They will soon rectify it."
