refund a part of the money in the scrow

I want to return some of the money to my client, but I can not only see the option to return all the money, and I must return only 100 pounds.
I have spent my bill, and I've already taken, but there are still 100 pounds in the scrow are my client, how I can do to repay that money?

  Hi Alejandro,

  Many thanks for your message. If you have been paid for the work you have done and that money is now in your PPH Wallet, then you must go to the workstream with that particular client who you wish to refund, go to the box where you type your message and just above it you will see a 'More' button. Click that and a dropdown menu will appear that shows the option to 'Issue Refund'. Click that and it will refund only what is left in escrow. Select 'Job completed and escrow funds left over' as the reason for the refund.
