Pending invoice and and verification of withdrawal methods
I want to let the community know my story:
I am a freelance for over 10 years and have worked with various platforms and also directly with clients. Reading an article of digital nomads, I knew of PPH, I felt good and I joined, I also paid 42 Euros to be able to stay three months longer than those gratuiti.Ho sent my identity papers and pickup, but while the former were approved, my Skrill account has not been approved nor the bank account. The thing that genuinely can not stand is the lack of communication between customer service and freelance. Now I'm still waiting for confirmation if my Italian bank account is fine ... In the meantime I got a job, it comes to building an app, doipo one day I had almost completed work (simple app) and how to agree with the buyer, I invoice sent to a part of the final compensation (milestone), are now three days that aspect that is sent in the PPH wallet, because it is still pending. I asked many times to customer service the reason for this delay, but apparently my request is so complex as to require the intervention of a senior advisor. Honestly I have communicated to the client these problems and that if not unlock this problem, I abandoned the work, because you can not work under these conditions, because PPH is also paid as a percentage. I do not see the problem when the client has approved the bill and paid. They are also a favorite social media and so far do not tell my misfortune to my followers, but now look for answers, from a site that claims to work with thousands of freelance.
