Hello There,

How do I get my money out of the escrow without effecting the freelancers rating? The project did not ahead in the end.

Please assist as submitted a request to customer support and go no response either.

  Hi Suraj,

  Thank you for your message.

  I'm very sorry to hear about this. If you want to cancel the Job and get your funds back from escrow, you need to raise "refund request" and the request can be found at the bottom of the workstream.

  Once you raise the request, the seller will be notified to take action on it and upon his approval the funds will be released from escrow to your wallet then you can withdraw the funds back to your account.

  For approving the refund request, if the seller receives any auto feedback, please ask them to email us, so that we can remove it from their account as there is no fault from them in this issue.
