Withdrawal from PPH Wallet rejected due to technical issues

I requested a withdrawal from my PPH wallet on Saturday March 18th to my Payoneer account. Now I see it has been rejected due to technical issues and the amount refunded to my wallet. I need to transfer this money to my Payoneer account asap. What is the problem here?
