Newbie ! I am showing as paid in Escrow but...

Showing as paid in Escrow and I raised an invoice but it is saying invoice is unpaid despite him having paid into Escrow. I am not sure what to do next ?

  Hi Louise,

  Many thanks for your message. Welcome to PPH!

  You must wait for the buyer to click to pay your invoice, which will automatically release the funds from escrow. If the buyer does not do this, the funds will be automatically released after 7 days.
