    Hi Asrmac,

    Many thanks for your message.

    Please note that only the buyer can mark a job as completed, so you must ask the buyer to do this for you. Below the feedback option, it will appear as "Mark the workstream as completed". Once they tick that option the Job will be marked as completed.

    Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.

    May the moderator have mercy for me bringing up 2 years old post but it appeared first by "mark workstream as completed" search request. Just wanted to add a screenshot of where to look for the checkbox:

    I have refund the payment to Client: "http://www.peopleperhour.com/job/convert-redesign-1-page-of-jpeg-into-responsive-bootstrap-ht-1060640" but still in my Workstream inbox it is showing under "Work In Progress" instead of "refunded"

    Hello,

     

    I have a similar problem. If I check the Workstream it says that it have been market as complete by the client and I cannot send her another proposal (since we want to work together on another project and I can figure other way to do that), but on freelancer activity is marked as 'in progress' and it has been like this since the beginning.

    Hello PPH team,

    I have a similar problem. Yesterday, buyer did mark project as completed at his end but at my side in freelancer activity, its still show me that project at 'In progress' section. Please help me to how can we completed that project manually.
