a contractor has given me a quote $15.00 to do my job , i want to accept this quote and deposit the fifteen dollars, how do i do this .
i cannot find the word " accept " or anything like it , thank you donar

  Many thanks for your message. Can you please confirm if the freelancer sent you the quote via PPH proposal?
